Coastal Talent is a boutique agency representing professional actors and print talent in the Southeast. Our actors book principal roles in film and television. Our talent can also be seen in industrial videos, television commercials and print advertisements. We represent adults and children over five years of age. If you are new talent interested in representation, please read our requirements to submit your materials for consideration.
Headquartered in historic Charleston, South Carolina, Coastal Talent opened its doors in October of 1996. Our agents have over 40 years of combined experience and are committed to representing the best talent and providing our clients service that exceeds industry standards. Coastal Talent follows all SAG-AFTRA union rules.
We also do casting for film, television, commercial, industrial and print work. We have access to hundreds of union and non-union talent through strong working relationships with local and regional talent agencies. Send us your talent needs and we will send you links to high-quality video taped auditions of talent. Clients or producers can also select talent from our website. About Us
Linda Eisen | Agent | Linda received a BFA in Theatre from the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts at New York University where she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. She also studied in Brazil with director Augusto Boal. Linda is an actor, director and arts educator who worked on the stages and in the classrooms of New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore. She is a former Pennsylvania Council on the Arts roster artist. Linda was an artistic director of The Pennsylvania Repertory Theatre where she directed the touring Holocaust education play, Dear Esther. Linda relocated to Charleston in 2005 with her husband, son and dog. Linda’s focus is bringing excellence and integrity to the Southeast film industry.
Vanessa Adams | Agent | Vanessa graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Information & Computer Science. She gained a wealth of experience outside of the film industry working for the USDOD in Germany, and for a multinational engineering company. Vanessa went on to work in casting and production for FOX and ABC, and on major feature films. She spent her childhood between New York, Miami and Colombia, South America. Vanessa is fluent in Spanish and German, and has developed a respectable "Southern drawl" after living a decade in the South with her husband, three kids, and dog. Vanessa is committed to bringing new projects to the Southeast by representing the best and most diverse talent in the region.
Melisa Baloglu | Intern & Assistant | Melisa recently graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Writing & Publications, and a minor in Journalism. In college she interned with The Post and Courier newspaper at Lowcountry Parent Magazine, and the Charleston Savvy Shopper. Melisa worked with the editor, writing stories and casting kids for the annual back-to-school fashion photo shoot. She also worked at WSPA News, the CBS affiliate in Spartanburg, SC where she helped produce two local entertainment shows. Melisa grew up outside of San Francisco and moved to Charleston when she was 13 years old. She has a twin brother, an English mother, a Turkish father, and has spent much of her summers traveling across Europe.
Dakota & Charsie | Security | Special Agents Dakota and Charsie make up the security team at Coastal Talent. Our highly-trained canine agents provide a strong deterrent against criminal threats and noisy squirrels to allow the business of Casting to continue without interruption. Dakota likes to play fetch and perform tricks to entertain humans. Charsie likes to play tug-of-war and be petted. Dakota and Charsie play a critical role in the day-to-day agency operations by greeting clients, detecting package deliveries and reminding us to take daily breaks for lunch and walks.
